Description

The Main Sauvage Bear hanging rattle in the color Sand is a wonderfully soft knitted hanging rattle in the shape of a bear. Thanks to the convenient cord, you can easily attach it to a baby gym, above the cot, to the stroller or to the car seat.

The rattle contains a bell that makes a soft sound, stimulating your baby's hearing. The rattle is completely hand-knitted from 100% baby alpaca wool, an exceptionally soft natural fiber that is naturally hypoallergenic and antibacterial.

What makes this Sand version extra special is that the color comes from the natural hue of the alpaca. This means no dyes are used for this toy.

The hanging rattle is suitable from birth and complies with European safety standards for toys.

Handmade with a special story

Main Sauvage knitted toys are entirely handmade in a fair trade workshop in Bolivia. There, women receive good working conditions and a fair income. This method of production contributes to better living conditions for families and supports the education of children.

The baby alpaca wool comes from a spinning mill in the Bolivian Andes that works with small-scale alpaca farmers. The filling consists of fibers from recycled plastic bottles.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Preferably wash gently by hand in cold water with a mild detergent, for example baby shampoo. Soak briefly, gently clean, and rinse thoroughly. Do not wring or twist.

Gently remove excess water, reshape the rattle, and lay it flat on a dry towel to air dry naturally.

Machine washing is possible at a maximum of 30°C on a delicate cycle, but hand washing is recommended to keep the baby alpaca wool in the best possible condition.

Storage

Allow the rattle to dry completely before storing it. A sachet of dried lavender or some cedarwood nearby helps to keep wool moths at bay.
