BEFORE FIRST USE

Shake the product to remove loose wool fibers.
Wool has a natural scent; if you find this unpleasant, you can air the blanket outside first.

Due to friction, wool fibers can clump together into small balls (pills); this is a natural process. You can gently pull these balls off with your fingers.
To maintain the beautiful texture of your product, we recommend regularly combing the wool with a wool comb.

A stain?

Dab the stain with a paper towel; this is often sufficient. If this doesn't work, treat the stain with liquid Ox gall soap. Gently massage the stain with a little gall soap and then wipe the area clean with a damp cloth.

Freshen up your wool product by airing it outdoors or in a humid bathroom. If airing is not enough, then it's time for a wash.

Washing:

Use a wool wash program at 30 degrees and a wool detergent.
Always wash the product separately, not with other clothes. Shake the product as soon as it comes out of the washing machine and let it dry flat, possibly on a towel.

Shake the product again when it is dry and remove any pilling.

Please note: never use a dryer, do not place it on the heater, and do not let it dry in direct sunlight.
